Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nandhara. We do our best to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days across India, depending on your location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or festive seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Nandhara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the packaging was completely tampered with. However, if you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately with unboxing videos/photos to file a claim.
